2. Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
Advance payments are required to reserve your seat and block logistics.
The remaining balance amount must be paid within the timeline communicated for each trip.
Prices mentioned are per person, unless stated otherwise.
GST (if applicable) will be charged separately as per government regulations.
Failure to pay the balance amount on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the advance.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will be provided only if Tripply cancels the trip.
No refunds will be issued for:
No-shows
Late arrivals
Partial participation
Personal emergencies or changes in plans
If Tripply cancels a trip due to unavoidable circumstances, the amount paid will be refunded as per the communicated process.
4. Trip Changes & Itinerary Disclaimer
Itineraries are tentative and may change due to weather, safety, road conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tripply reserves the right to:
Modify the itinerary
Change accommodation or transport
Skip certain activities if required for safety or time constraints
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
5. Eligibility & Fitness
Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: No fixed limit; participants must be reasonably fit
Some trips involve walking, trekking, or adventure activities. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness before booking.
Tripply is not responsible for health issues arising during the trip.
6. Adventure Activities Disclaimer
Activities such as trekking, river rafting, kayaking, ziplining, etc. are recreational and beginner-friendly, but involve inherent risk.
Participation is voluntary.
Activity availability depends on:
Weather conditions
Government permissions
Local operator decisions
Tripply does not control weather or third-party operators and cannot guarantee all activities on every trip.
7. Accommodation Disclaimer
Stays provided are as described in the trip details.
Many trips focus on experience over luxury.
Facilities may include:

Common washrooms
Camps or dormitories
By booking, you acknowledge and accept the nature of the stay.
8. Transportation Disclaimer
Transportation is arranged via third-party vendors (buses, trains, local vehicles).
Tripply is not responsible for:
Delays
Breakdowns
Traffic-related issues
In case of delays, itinerary changes may be required without refund.

Avoid alcohol/drug misuse during the trip
Tripply reserves the right to remove any participant from a trip for inappropriate or unsafe behavior without refund.
10. Liability Limitation
Tripply shall not be held responsible for:
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Injury, illness, or accidents
Natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events
Actions of third-party vendors or service providers
Participation is at your own risk.
11. Media & Content Usage
Tripply may capture photos and videos during trips for promotional purposes.
By participating, you grant Tripply permission to use such content on its website and social media.
If you do not wish to be featured, please inform the team in advance.
